We are proud to have established a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chief Kanyama , granting us community-backed land access and outlining profit-sharing commitments that will directly benefit local residents.

 


Our community engagement principles include:

 Profit-sharing — A percentage of future mining profits will be allocated to local community development funds.

 Local employment and skills training — We prioritize hiring and training from local villages in Mwinilunga and surrounding Chiefdoms.

 Support for healthcare, education, and infrastructure — In alignment with our MOU and UK ethical standards.

 Respect for local culture and environment — We adhere to UK-based corporate governance standards while ensuring alignment with Zambian customs and values.

 Long-term collaboration — We aim to create sustainable benefits for the community beyond the lifespan of individual projects.
